If you have a group of friends that would like get in shape, try group coaching. You get most of what's included in the private coaching except in a group format.

Weekly coaching sessions are conducted online through a virtual meeting. You'll also have your own private group for ongoing support and discussions throughout the week. Training modules will help set you up for success and teach you how to change your lifestyle.

You must have a minimum of 4 participants to create a private group and a maximum of 10. Contact Lisa to schedule a consultation to see if this is the right fit for you.
