Hi, My name is Lisa Swanson, and I have 30 years' experience as a personal trainer and health coach. I currently work with clients in the Merrimack Valley area at my home studio in North Andover.

STEP ONE
Scheduling Your Initial Consult. Take a comprehensive - and  FREE - look at your starting point.
At your initial consult, we'll discuss your current physical fitness, challenges you are facing, what's worked for you and what hasn't worked for you, your commitment level, and your goals. That will allow me to build your training package, and we can get you on the schedule!
STEP TWO
Your Workouts. It really is that simple!
The benefit of having a personal trainer is that you don't have to spend a confused hour at the gym, wondering which machines will get you the best results. After completing a thorough fitness assessment, I write your workouts based on your current level of fitness and what your body specifically needs. I'll take you through the workouts, and hold you accountable. You have to put in the effort; I'm here to motivate you, educate you and and show you how to do it right!
STEP THREE
Ongoing Updates and Progress Tracking. Always know if you're on target to reaching your goals.
Through your own private client portal and mobile app, you'll be able to track all your workouts, body weight, measurements, percent body fat,  resting heart rate, and more.
