Eman's Story

​One of my clients, Eman, who had been working out on her own and thought she was eating healthy was really struggling to lose weight.
 
She would lose about 5 – 10 lbs. only to put it back on again. And each time she lost it, it became harder and harder to lose it again. She was starting to believe it was impossible.

​She was even a little hesitant to get started with me because of this limiting belief. But after 12 weeks and losing 11 pounds, she was down 17 inches and 5 % body fat. What we did was put on lean muscle and changed her body composition. So now she was a much leaner version of when she started just 90 days earlier.
