My 16-week online group coaching program, Metabolic Design, was created to help you lose the hormonal weight gain of menopause while decreasing your belly fat, boosting your energy and finally getting a good night's sleep.

First you need to take a habit-based approach to nutrition. No diets or deprivation; instead, you’re going to learn what’s appropriate for your body and create a lifestyle that is unique to your situation. These are results you can get with a women's weight loss coach.

No more chaos training. You get a tailored fitness plan that gets harder gradually to keep you injury-free as we address any weakness or imbalance. As we strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and build muscle, your physique will transform too.

To make all of that happen, you will work on limiting beliefs that have been stopping you from reaching your goals. I provide you with the tools, and work with you weekly to uncover any core negative beliefs. Awareness is the first step to change.

"Thanks to a Google search, I came across Lisa Swanson’s, Body and Soul Coaching website. I was intrigued that she specialized in post-menopausal women, so I reached out immediately for a consultation. During my conversation with Lisa, she explained that the Metabolic Design program is about learning the right way to eat while creating healthy sustainable habits for my changing body. I was comforted to know she understood the changes that were happening. The next day I committed to the program.

I started my onboarding the following week. Any hesitations I had (since I jumped in headfirst) were eased after the first couple of weeks because I had my coach (Lisa T.) and other clients to lean on for support (via the weekly coaching calls and private Facebook group). Plus, the Body and Soul app has a lot of information to get you on the path to success.

Fast forward 16 weeks, I lost 17 pounds and 17 inches but most importantly I am comfortable and confident in my own skin (no more putting myself down!). The biggest impact for me was tracking and balancing my prescribed macros (proteins, carbs and fats) each meal. It was eye opening to see how I thought I was eating “healthy” was the exact opposite. This program has taught me how to eat, which has improved my relationship with food. I discovered that I was not hungry or had cravings because I was eating correctly. Also, I’m a comfort in numbers kind of person so I looked forward to the weekly coaching calls. I enjoyed the variety of topics Lisa, and the other coaches presented but I also loved the camaraderie among the women in the group. Each week, I was motivated by these women as we shared our experiences and provided advice since we were all in different stages of the program(s).

I enjoyed the Metabolic Design program so much that I stayed on as a client in the Metabolic Lifestyle monthly program. I remain with Coach Lisa T. but focusing on new personal goals I have set for myself.
