It’s time for Valentine’s Day, and whether you’re single, married, or anywhere in between, that means you’re going to be tempted to eat desserts, chocolate and other treats you might regret later.
​You’ve probably already seen some of those cookies, cupcakes, and candies on sale.

BUT I’ve got your back this year with a trio of healthy Valentine’s Day treats – a chocolate cake, a smoothie, and a sparkling mocktail.

I prefer them to the hangovers of empty calories and too much alcohol.
